Stockholmers can view and sample Australian fashion, interior, architectural, textile and graphical design as well as design education and publications during the Australian Style Vibes showcase.

As part of Sydney Design Week 2005, a two day workshop with budding young artists from Odyssey House created a limited edition of 25 individual Zaishu’s art directed by Mini Graff. They were auctioned by Andrew Shapiro at Space Furniture with all proceeds going to support Odyssey House. Guest artists were also invited to create their own Zaishu for the charity auction. Artists included Dinosaur Designs, Vogue Living, Trent Jansen and Mini Graff.

As you know, at Dumbo feather we believe everybody has a story to tell. To celebrate our 1st birthday we would like you to please print, stencil, drill, paste, paint, scratch, write or draw your story on this panel. The Zaishus will be assembled on the night and then auctioned, the proceeds going to The Traditional (Aboriginal) Knowledge Recording Project. The project was developed from the aspirations of Indigenous Elders, to preserve and recognize Traditional Indigenous Knowledge.

Zaishu, IdN Magazine and Sydney Esquisse took over a vacant shop for 10 days where Sydney Esquisse events, opening and closing parties were held. The Zaishu's combined a colourful selection of wallpaper and fabric designs from the Florence Broadhurst Library, hand printed and custom selected by the head screen printer at Signature Prints.
